We aim to ship all our products within 5 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you to make you aware.

Unfortunately all orders are final so you will not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However do contact us if you wish to change the delivery address and we will do our best to change the address for you. But we please ask you inform us of any needs to change addresses ASAP so we can try to change the address before your order ships :) !

Yes, we offer occasional discounts and promotions. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. We also offer 10% off of your 1st order if you sign up to our newsletter.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. 

We can only accept items for return if they arrive damaged, if this is the case we will send you a replacement of the returned product(s) free of charge. Otherwise we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If you wish to make a return please contact us!

We currently only offer shipping within the UK. However we may be able to ship further a far, drop us an E-mail, or an instagram DM and we will discuss possibilities with you!

We are sorry to hear a product you purchased arrived damaged. In order for us to be able to replace your item we will need you to contact us with proof of purchase such as an order number, as well as a photo of the item(s) you wish to be replaced with some proof of damge.

Please note- all jewellery is made of high quality materials but we advise you to avoid direct contact with: water, sea, and products like perfume and sunscreen when wearing our jewellery so you can prolong the sparkle as long as possible. Clean jewellery in warm water with a gentle, soft cloth.

All our earrings are either gold or silver plated meaning they are much less likley to upset sensitive ears, however we can not guarantee this as lots of people react differently to different metal composites, all ears are different so this is a judgement call you must make yourself.

While there is nothing stopping you from wearing it all the time we do reccomend that you take your jewellery off before activities such as sleeping, going in the sea, putting on perfumes and other body products as well as showering, this will help keep your jewellery sparkling as long as possible. Please also be aware of blood circulation and strangualtion hazards of wearing jewellery.

We do occasionally host sales, offers and samples sales on our website. The best way to stay informed on when these are happening is to sign up to our emails, this can be done on our home page. We also sell unique one off's on our instagram from time to time so follow our IG page @myjewelleryrocks.
